Architectural Planning & Mapping
Before any physical work begins, 92 Homes prepares a custom architectural design for each client:
- Site analysis and measurement by certified surveyors
- Map drafting by expert architects and draftspersons on our official design panel
- Ventilated and budget-optimized layout
- 3D front elevation to visualize the complete house look
- Approval and customization based on client preferences
Soil Testing & Excavation
- Professional soil test conducted to determine soil bearing capacity
- Excavation depth based on soil report (minimum 2ft to maximum 5ft)
- Removal of soft soil and leveling for proper foundation placement
Foundation Construction
- PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) base layer (3 to 5 inches)
- Brick ballast (27 inches) and brick masonry (18 inches)
- 9-inch thick base wall construction
- Plinth beam construction with 1:2:4 RCC mix, 4 sutar (approx. 10mm) 40-grade rebar
